By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to turnaround time as noted for your order, not including shipping. All items are hand painted/glittered and sealed. Lettering is done in a high quality permanent vinyl.
It is recommended that these glasses must be washed by hand. Harsh detergents and steamy dishwashers can break down the adhesive over time. We do not offer refunds on custom orders. A mock with one revision is submitted for approval.
